EUSES Draft Final version, 3 December 1996

The file EUSES_DF.ZIP is an archived file. It contains:
-  EUSES.EXE
-  CEUS2911.DLL
-  EMIS2A.TXT
-  EMIS2B.TXT
-  EUSES.HLP
The files can be extracted from EUSES_DF.ZIP using PKUNZIP

Create a new directory for this version (e.g. MD C:\EUSES_DF)
After downloading copy the file EUSES_DF.ZIP to this new directory.
Use PKUNZIP to extract the EUSES files from the archive 
(e.g. PKUNZIP EUSES_DF.ZIP *.*).
The EUSES Draft Final Version is now ready for use. Refer to the
EUSES PC manual for further installation instructions.

new and changed features.
